About the Ha Van Hotel Nha Trang

 

At the Ha Van Hotel in Nha Trang we are always improving our facilities.  Our rooms are looked upon daily to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and at home.  This month (September) we have installed shower curtains in the bathroom (where it was possible) as an answer to the wishes from many of our guests.  More over, we have installed rain showers in our Balcony Rooms (in some other rooms as well) and a new solar powered hot water tank ( totally 4 tanks and 12000 liters of hot water) ensuring more comfort that the Ha Van Hotel Nha Trang is known to offer.  When travellers post reviews of the Ha Van Hotel or other hotels in Nha Trang on the web, our team looks at it and try to see the complaints, the suggestions and the general feelings to decide how to implant new ideas to the hotel.  We are never static; for our goal is to stay the best budget hotel in Nha Trang! 

 

The Ha Van Hotel Nha Trang is always innovating in providing comfortable accommodation and impeccable services to our guests.  For example: we love art so we have decorated our rooms with original paintings from Vietnamese artists.  We also have many B & W photos depicting the vietnamese ways of life. At the Ha Van Hotel you will find the good mix between budget accommodation, comfort and excellent service.  Remember, our goal is to stay your best hotel in Nha Trang!

Of course, the facilities are not the only important aspect of the guests experience.  At the Ha Van Hotel, services to our guests are as important.  In was in that optic that we have implemented ongoing training courses and languange course (english) to ensure optimal guests comprehension of our staff (and vice versa).  You will never feel at lost when communicating with our staffs (unlike many other budget hotels in Nha Trang);  not that miscommunication doesn't happen but it will never be intentional and promptly corrected.
