Here some example: bathroom towels are 4x more expansive than 1 year ago...electricity +15% this month...food + 20% since 2 months...we will absorb some of the costs but we also have to act in a responsible manner and stay alive! 25/4/11 There is some action in Nha Trang! Soon, the ''high season'' will be upon us! Our rooms rate will be 2$ higher as of the 1st july (in average less than 10% per room, WHICH IN RETURN IS LESS THAN INFLATION OF 15% IN VIETNAM) which is much less than our competitors hike average (around 25-50%). we can KEEP OUR RATE LOW because we have a stable business throughout the year).
